云南省惡性瘧原蟲抗氯喹株地理分布調(diào)查協(xié)作組

摘要:為查清云南省內(nèi)抗氯喹惡性瘧原蟲株的地理分布,作者等于1981年5~10月,應(yīng)用WHO推薦的體外微量測(cè)定法在西雙版納勐侖地區(qū),對(duì)收治的來自景洪縣和勐臘縣的4個(gè)公社,9個(gè)大隊(duì),24個(gè)居民點(diǎn)的62名病例,檢測(cè)了惡性瘧原蟲對(duì)氯喹的敏感性,同時(shí)與體內(nèi)觀察法作平行對(duì)照。結(jié)果表明景洪,勐臘地區(qū)惡性瘧原蟲對(duì)氯喹的抗性是普遍而嚴(yán)重的;氯喹不宜作為當(dāng)?shù)刂委煇盒辕懟颊叩某R?guī)特效藥;青蒿素類或防瘧片Ⅱ號(hào)與其它抗藥伍用,治療當(dāng)?shù)貝盒辕懣孤揉晷Ч^滿意。體外微量測(cè)定法,調(diào)查惡性瘧對(duì)氯喹的敏感性比臨床觀察法(體內(nèi)法)更準(zhǔn)確、迅速、方便、安全、適用。
Investigation on the sensitivity of Plasmodium falciparum to choloriquine in

ABSTRACT. Io order to find out thoroughly the geographical distribution of the presence of resistant strains of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine in Menglun Area,Yunnan Province,a micropuantitative in vitro assay,recommended by WHO,was used to identify the sensitivity of this parasite to chloropuine,from 62 patients under treatment.They came from 24 residential puarters of nine production brigades of four people′s communes at Jinghong and Mengla counties,Menglun area,Xishuangbana.As a control,an investigation in vivo was simultaneously carried out in parallel with in vitro assay.It was found that in the areas investigated,drug resistance was so strong and common that chloroquine appeared to be unsuitable for routine therapy.Therapy with Artemisia extract or a combination of the antimalaria Ⅱ pill and other drugs resulted in better efficacy in treating cases with resistant strains of P.falciparum. The authors found that in vitro micro-assay for detecting resistant plasmodium as compared with the clinical method seemed to be equally accurate,safe,convenient and rapid to yield result in practical.
