提要：應(yīng)用WHO推薦的體外微量測定法于停用氯喹前的1981年及停藥后的1984、1988－1990和1992年在云南省南部的勐臘縣測得惡性瘧原蟲對氯喹的抗性率分別為97.4％、100％、96.1％及93.7％；ID₅₀依次為170、132、125及110 nmol/L，ID₉₅灰1000、740、707及576nmol／L；平均抑制量分別為55.4、46.7、45.8及35.4pmol／井。與1981年測得結(jié)果相比，抗性率無明顯變化；ID₅₀分別下降22.3％（P＜0.05）、26.4％（P＜0.05）及35.3％（P＜0.01），ID₉₅依次下降26.0％（P＜0.05）、29.3％（P＜0.05）及42.4％（P＜0.01）。平均抑制量分別下降15.7％（P＜0.05）、17.3％（P＜0.05）及36.1％（P＜0.01）。提示云南南部惡性瘧原蟲對氯喹的抗生并不穩(wěn)定，而是隨藥物壓力的下降而降低。

LONGITUDINAL SURVEILLANCE OF CHLOROQUINE RESISTANCE OF PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM AFTER CESSATION OF MEDICATION IN SOUTH YUNNAN

ABSTRACT. The resistance of P. falciparum to chloropuine was assayed by in Vitro microtest in 1981 and after cessation of medication in 1984,1988－1990 and 1992 in south Yunnan Province of China. The resistance rates were 97.4％（38／39），100％（25／25），96.1％（73／76）and 93.7％（59/63）, respectively；ID₅₀were 170，132，125 and 110nmol／L；ID₉₅ were1000,740,707 and 576nmol/L；mean dosages for complete inhibition of schizont formation were 55.4，46.7，45.8 and 35.4 (pmol／well). A comparison of the results in 1981,1984,1998－1990 and 1992,the resistance rate showed on marked change,ID₅₀ dropped 22.3％(P<0.05)，264.％（P<0.05）and 35.3% (P<0.01)；ID₉₅declined 26.0%(P<0.05), 29.3%(P<0.05) and 42.2% (P<0.01); mean dosage of inhibition dropped 15.7% (P>0.05), 17.3%(P<0.05) and 36.1% (P<0.01). The results show that the extent of resistance in chloropuine-resistant P falciparum to chloropuine in south Yunnan has been declined markedly, indicating that coresistance was variable and dropped along with the declining of drug pressure.
