提要：苯芴醇1600mg與青蒿琥酯400mg3d分服治療抗藥性惡性瘧56例，退熱時(shí)間33.3±14.5h，原蟲無(wú)性體轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間34.1±9.7h，28d根治率100%，無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)，對(duì)配子體形成和原蟲孢子增殖有一定抑制效果，療程和劑量均低于單方組，療效也較單方組為優(yōu)，是治療抗藥性惡性瘧的適宜方案。

EFFICACY OF BENFLUMETOLUM / ARTESUNATE AGAINST THE DRUG-RESISTANT FALCIPARUM MALARIA

Abstract：Fifty-six patients suffering from drug-resistant falciparum malaria were treated with 1600mg benflumetolum and 400mg artesunate for 3 days. As a result, fever clearance time was 33.3、14.5h, asexual parasite clearance time 43.1±9.7h and radical cure rate was 100% during a 28-day-follow-up. No side effect was observed. This treatment can inhibit gametocytogenesis and sporogony to some extent. The course of this treatment was shorter than that of single benfoumetolam. Its dosage was less than that of the later one and its efficacy was much higher, It is a suitable method for treating the drug resistant falciparum malaria.
