提要：云南省是我國惡性瘧主要流行區(qū)。歷史上分布于北偉25°以南的高、中瘧區(qū)65個縣（市），海撥1200m以下的地區(qū)。1980年全省惡性瘧發(fā)病數(shù)已控制至1019例，僅占當(dāng)年瘧疾疫情報(bào)告數(shù)的3.16％。由于流動人口的劇增，國外傳染源的輸入，抗氯喹株惡性瘧的擴(kuò)散，1992年惡性瘧病例上升至5379例，比1980年增加4.28倍，已占全省瘧疾疫情報(bào)告數(shù)的30.56％，報(bào)告惡性瘧的縣（市）數(shù)已達(dá)74個。幾年來通過惡性原蟲對抗瘧藥敏感性監(jiān)測，結(jié)果表明氯喹及哌喹抗性程度仍然嚴(yán)重。本文概述了云南省惡性瘧流行狀況及抗氯喹惡性瘧的分布、發(fā)展及治療方案。

PREVALENT OUTLINE OF FALCIPARUM MALARIA AND THE RESISTANCE OF P. FALCIPARUM TO CHLOROQUINE IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

Abstract：Yunnan Province is one of the major falciparum malaria areas in China. In recent years, the increase of migrating populatinon has brought about a number of cases of imported falci-parum malaria, thus widening the distribution of chroloquine－resistant falciparum malaria, 5379 cases of falciparum nalaria were detected in 1992, 4.28 times as many as that in 1980,accounting for 30.99% of the total number of malaria cases in the province and covering 74 counties. The monitoring over the sensitivity of falciparum parasites to antimalaria drugs showed that falciparum malaria was still highly resistant to both chroloquine and piperaquine. The status of falciparum malaria and the distribution of chroloquine－resistant falciparum malaria, its prevalence trend and therapy were analysed in this paper.
