提要： 應(yīng)用Rieckmann體外微量法測(cè)得中緬邊境西段緬甸境內(nèi)感染的惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)氯喹及我國(guó)抗瘧新藥青蒿琥酯及咯萘啶的抗性率分別為100％、14.3％及19.0％，半數(shù)抑制量（ID₅₀）依次為249.5、4.2及12.1nmol/L。3例抗青蒿琥酯惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)對(duì)氯喹和咯萘啶的ID₅₀分別為335.6nmol/L和43.1nmol/L；4例抗咯萘啶惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)對(duì)氯喹和青蒿琥酯的ID₅₀分別為260.1nmol/L和5.0nmol／L。結(jié)果顯示抗青蒿琥酯惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)對(duì)咯萘啶及氯喹有明顯的交叉性；抗咯萘啶惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)對(duì)青蒿琥酯無(wú)交叉抗性。當(dāng)?shù)貝盒辕懺x(chóng)對(duì)氯喹的抗性程度明顯高于云南南部惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)，但對(duì)其它2種藥物的敏感性則無(wú)明顯差別，提示當(dāng)?shù)貝盒辕懺x(chóng)對(duì)青蒿琥酯及咯萘啶無(wú)交叉抗性。

IN VITRO SENSITIVITY OF PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM IN

CHINA-BURMA BORDER TO CHLOROQUINE, ARTESUNATE AND PYRONARIDINE

Abstract: The sensitivity of P. falciparum in the China－Burma border to chloroquine (CQ),Artesunate(AT) and pyronaridine(PD) were assayed with in vitro microtechnique during JUN to SPT. of  1991. The resistant rates were 100%(22/22), 14.3%(3/21) and ID50 was 249.5, 4.2 and 12.1 nmol/L respectively. The ID₅₀ of their AT-resistant P.falciparum were 335.6 and 43.1 nmol/L to CQ and PD; The ID50 of 4 P. falciparum against PD were 260.1 and 5.0nmol/L to CQ and AT respectively.

The results suggest that the AT-resistant P. falciparum shows to be evident cross-resistant to PD,but the PD-resistant P. falciparum was not cross-resistant to AT.The P. falciparum has high resistance to CQ,and the resistant degree was higher than the P. falciparum in southern Yunnan of China,but was as sensitive as the later to AT and PD. It indicates that rhe CQ-resistant P. falciparum has no cross-resistance to artesunate and pyronaridine.
