摘要:本研究實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程的觀察和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,致倦庫(kù)蚊和三帶喙蚊庫(kù)蚊四齡幼蟲(chóng)雖然對(duì)多數(shù)殺蟲(chóng)劑產(chǎn)生抗生,但1齡幼蟲(chóng)和2齡初期幼蟲(chóng)敏感,其中致倦庫(kù)蚊4齡幼蟲(chóng)景谷株對(duì)殺螟硫磷和元陽(yáng)株對(duì)DDT的LC50分別是一齡幼蟲(chóng)的65.2倍和34.9倍。最后文章分析了所得實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的原因,并對(duì)蚊蟲(chóng)抗藥性在幼蟲(chóng)個(gè)體發(fā)育中的形成過(guò)程及機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。

A STUDY ON THE SUSCEPTIBILITY OF INSTARⅠ TO Ⅳ LARVAE OF CULEX PIPIENS QUINQUEFASCIATUS AND C. TRITAENIORHNCHUS TO SEVEN INSECTICIDES

Abstract.The observation of experimental process and the results on this study showed that instar Ⅳlarvaes of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and C. tritaeniorhynchus resistance to majority insecticides,but instar Ⅰ larvaes and initial stage of instar Ⅱ are susceptible to them. The LC50 of instar Ⅳ of C. pipiens quinquefasciatus,jinggu strain to Fenitrothion and Yuanyang strain to DDT were respectively 65.2 times and 34.9 times of that of their instar Ⅰ. At last this paper analyses why the study gets these results,and explores the developed process and mechanism of mosquito resistance during individual development of larvae.

IN VITRO RESPONSE OF PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM ON THE CHINA-VIETNAM BORDER TO NINE ANTIMALARIALS

Bility to chloroquine, piperaquine,amodiaquine, artesunate, dihydro-artemisinine,
arteether,pyronaridine, mefloquine and quinine by use of the microtechnique. The resistance rates of Plasmodium falciparum to the above mentioned nine antimalarials were 78.9%(30/38),72.9%(27/37),85.3%(29/34),5.6%(2/36),13.3%(4/35),20.6%(7/34),22.2%(8/36),0(0/18),and 0(0/33),respectively. IC50 (nmol/L)in the given order were 136, 228, 64, 4, 8,80, 24, 88 and 352, respectively, The mean concentrations to totally inhibit schizonts(nmol/L)were 452, 1,102,210, 24, 30, 360, 62,218 and 1, 482, respectively. The results indicate that the local strains of P. falciparum have developed widespread resistance to chloroquine, piperaquine and amodiaquine. In contast, a large proportion of the isolates were sensitive to artesunate, dihydroartemisinine,arteether and pyronaridine, while a few isolates showed low-grade resistance to these compounds. All the isolates tested were sensitive to mefloquine and quinine. Judging from these findings it is inadvisable to use 4-aminoquines in the treatment and prophylaxis of falciparum malaria in the locality.Under the condition of strengthened surveillance, artemisinine and its derivatives,pyronaridine,mefloquine as well as quinine can be used in the treatment of falciparum malaria in this area.
