提要：磷酸咯萘啶1.2g、磺胺多辛1.5g，伯喹67.5mg伍用；磷酸咯萘啶0.8g與磺胺多辛乙氨嘧啶復(fù)合片伍用，在抗氯喹惡性瘧流行區(qū)分別治療惡性瘧34例和32例，治后平均退熱時(shí)間分別為35.5±19.1h、37.3±17.6h，平均瘧原蟲無(wú)性體轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間為58±15.3h、59.8±18.9h，一個(gè)月內(nèi)復(fù)燃率為6.5％、13.3％。前者清除配子體時(shí)間為5.4±3.7d，服藥后配子體出現(xiàn)率17.4％，并能阻止惡性瘧原蟲在蚊體內(nèi)的有性繁殖。后者無(wú)此作用。

EFFICACY OF TWO COMBINED THERAPIES FOR TREATMENT OF CHLOROQUINE-RESISTANT FALCIPARUM MALARIA

ABSTRACT.  Thirty-four cases with falciparum malaria were treated jointly with pyronaridine phosphate(1.2g base)，sulfadoxine(1.5g base) and primaquine(67.5mg base) in 3 days in the chloroquine-resistant areas of Mengla and Jinghong Counties，Yunnan province. While another group of 32 cases were treated combinedly with pyronaridine phosphate malaridine (0.8g), sulfadoxine(1.0g) and pyrimethamine(50mg) in 2 days. The average defervescent time of the 2 combined therapies were 35.5±19.1h and 37.3±17.6h；the mean asexual parasite clearance time 58±15.3h  and 50.±18.9h respectively.The recrudescence rate of the 2 groups were found to be 6.5％ and 13.3％after a follow-up of one month. With the former combined therapy，the gametocyte-clearance time was 5.4±3.7d，the sexual reproductions of the parasites in Anopheles mosquitos were restrained，which was not found when the later therapy was used. No noticeable side effects were observed in both therapies.
